How we use your details

What we collect
When you apply, we collect your name, email address and WhatsApp number, your teen's first name (or nickname) and age, whether they have a suitable laptop, a good time for a chat, how you heard about us and anything you choose to tell us in the notes.
We ask for as little about your teen as we can. Please don't include their full name, school or NRIC.
Why we collect it
- To contact you about your application and set up the parent chat.
- To confirm your teen's spot and send you details and setup steps before the bootcamp.
We don't sell your details or use them for anything else, and we won't add you to a marketing list without asking.
Where it's stored
Your application is stored with Cloudflare, our website provider, and sent to our team's email inbox. These services may store data on servers outside Singapore, with protection comparable to Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
How long we keep it
If your teen doesn't take part, we delete your application within 12 months. If they do, we keep your contact details for up to 2 years after the bootcamp so we can share their project and future dates with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Email privacy@builderslab.sg and we'll reply within 30 days.
